Katie Watson is our resident Sports Therapist and she manages the sports injury clinic here at Watson House.

Katie graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Therapy in 2012, and has completed three seasons working with Jarrow Vikings, treating injuries sustained on match days and providing first aid during games. She now works with Whitley Bay Rockcliff RFU and Wallsend Eagles RFL.
As a member of the Society of Sports Therapists, Katie complies with their policy of Continuous Professional Development (CPD), this ensures clients and patients get the best possible, up to date treatment supported by recent medical studies and research. This enables Katie to broaden her knowledge on different conditions and to provide the best suited and successful treatment techniques and rehabilitation exercises for your injury.
The sports injury clinic is for everyone and not just sports people. I you have injured yourself gardening, walking or simply from being on your feet all day then we are here for you.
Treatment costs: £30 per hour and £25 per half hour.
