OSTEOPATHY, CHIROPRACTIC AND NATUROPATHY
Our Osteopaths and Naturopath use a range of techniques to reduce pain, improve function and increase mobility, including hands-on manipulation of the spine, musculoskeletal, functional and structural approaches including deep tissue work. As well as manual treatment, they are able to offer a package of care which includes advice on self-help, exercises and lifestyle changes.

Our Naturopath and Osteopath specialises in firstly finding out why the body isn't working properly and help to correct it, and secondly, analysing the way people move and improve their biomechanics. The result of these two components is reduced impact on the body and increased healing capacity. The body is then able to heal itself.

We also work closely with trusted local chiropractors. If you require specific chiropractic treatment, we are happy to direct you to the relevant local practitioner. For further information please get in contact with our reception.
FABIAN HARMER
Osteopathy MOst. DO.
Clinical Director
Fabian graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from Leeds Beckett University.

"For me osteopathy is more than just receiving treatment for pain; it should aim to treat the person as a whole and not just as a set of symptoms. I take a different approach for each person with a focus on individualised care."
He has a keen interest in almost all sport and has participated competitively in rugby, hockey, golf, tennis, skiing, sailing and triathlons.

"My approach is structural; I base my diagnosis and treatment around the bio-mechanics of the body, assessing the whole body and looking for any imbalances which may be contributing to the pain. Treatment will then be aimed at restoring and optimising any areas of dysfunction. I treat a wide variety of problems including both acute and chronic pain, in every part of the body."

Fabian also has qualifications in dry needling and acupoints, and in Kinesio taping.
